I am so thrilled to bring the mama's of the Space Coast this awesome program that will help all mom's build healthy lifestyles!

I am the mama to a 5 year old little girl, Carsyn who is in kindergarten this year. I also have a 6 month old little girl, Clare. You will be seeing her at all of your classes with me! After having Carsyn, I longed to meet some new friends that had kiddo's, and also wanted to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle. I loved having a group of fellow mom's to hold me accountable for my workouts/runs as well as have constant support to whatever kind of craziness life threw at us! That's what FIT4MOM is all about and why I love our company so much; being the support and encouragement for each other that all mom's crave, desire, and most importantly deserve.
